Courtney Bradley
Missions Coordinator & Women's Ministry Coordinator
Courtney has been on the Glade Church staff since January 2005. She coordinates all our church’s mission projects and Women’s Ministry. Courtney is from Charlotte, NC and attended the University of Mississippi. She and her husband Roger have been married since 2000. They have one son, Matthew.
Kathy Browning
Congregational Care & Communications Coordinator
Kathy joined the Glade Church staff in November of 2007. She assists Craig Webb, coordinates all communications for the Glade Church, and communicates and coordinates care for members in need of assistance. Kathy is originally from Illinois and graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business degree. She spent 15+ years in the field of property management (including Hotel and Mall management) before becoming a stay at home mom. Kathy and her husband, Jeff, have one daughter, Lauren. She also has two step-daughters, Jennifer and Jessica, who live in Texas.
Trudy Carey
Assistant to Director of Business & Finance
Trudy began serving at the Glade Church in October 2006. She assists with all financial administration and business operations in the church. Trudy is originally from Decatur, AL. Her family later moved to the Nashville area where she graduated from Glencliff High School. Trudy also attended Nashville Tech. She and her husband Mike, have three children; William, Seth, and Madison.
Ralph Cook
Pastor for Care & Counseling
Ralph joined our staff in April 2008 to minister to our church through counseling. He is a native of West Virginia. Ralph is an accomplished music educator who has served as Minister of Music, Minister of Youth, and a teacher in public schools. In 1998 he received his Masters of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from MTSU, becoming licensed in School Administration (K-12.) Ralph has also completed his Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. He describes his wife Joni as his best friend and ministry partner. They have two sons Justin and Brandon. Brandon is married to Rachel and has three children.
Chris Cox
Food Service/Hospitality Supervisor
Chris’ hospitality experience spans 20 years and includes corporate catering, commercial account management, and government contract administration. Chris is a native of Indiana and attended MTSU majoring in Finance & Economics. He and his wife Angie have 8 children; Eric, Evan, Lauren, Ryan, Kendall, Jacob, Ethan, & Abigail.
Dee Dee Dursma
Receptionist & Worship Assistant
Dee Dee joined the staff in October 2006. She is the “first voice and public face” for the Glade Church as she answers the phones, greets our guests, gives tours, manages the mail, designs keynote presentations, and assists the lead worshipper. Dee Dee grew up in Ohio and attended Ohio University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre. She also completed education classes at MTSU for teaching certification. Dee Dee is married to Duane and has a son, Kyle, and a daughter, Kelly. She also has two granddaughters, Madalynn & Lilyahna. Dee Dee sings in the choir/praise team and plays tenor sax.
Michael Eubanks
Pastor for New Generations, High School Ministry, & Technology Coordinator
Michael has been on the Glade Church Staff since May 1999. He leads our age-level work from preschool through high school toward the stated purpose of our church - Spiritual Transformation. Michael also manages the computer network at GBC. He grew up in Middle Tennessee and attended Lebanon High School, Cumberland University, Trevecca Nazarene University, and has a Masters Degree of Divinity from Rockbridge Seminary. Michael has served as youth pastor at Fall Creek Baptist Church and Radnor Baptist Church. Michael is married to Kelley Wrye and they have a son, Carver.
Bruce Grubbs
Senior Pastor
Pastor Bruce has served the Glade Church since 1988. He and his wife Jewel have one son, John Paul, and two grandchildren. He is from Springfield, TN. Pastor Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts from Bethel College, a Masters from Austin Peay, and a Masters from Scarritt College. He also earned a Masters in Preaching and Worship and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University. Additionally he served at LifeWay Christian Resources for 28 years. At LifeWay he was a consultant in Pastoral Ministry, managed the Pastoral Ministry Department for 10 years, and retired from there as Associate Vice President of Corporate Affairs.
Phillip Hardy
Lead Worshipper
Phillip has served as Lead Worshipper at the Glade Church since 1999. He plans and leads our corporate worship experiences. Phillip is, first and foremost, a worshipper of God through Christ. He grew up in Lebanon, TN. Phillip attended Lebanon High School and graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a BS in Business. Phillip is married to Amy and they have three daughters and one son.
Tammy Hill
Weekday Education Director
Tammy has been serving at the Glade Church since April 2001. She directs and staffs our weekday education program which provides parents with some personal time while offering preschoolers a quality Bible based learning experience. Tammy was born in Nashville and has lived in Wilson County for many years. After graduating from Mt. Juliet High School, she earned her Bachelors of Science from David Lipscomb University. Tammy and her husband, Rob, have three children; Robbie, Rachel, and Ryan.
Tony King
Director of Sound, Lighting, & Video Production
Tony has been a member at the Glade Church since 2003. He has worked full time in the music business for nearly 30 years. Recently, Tony felt God leading him to explore technical opportunities here at GBC. His onstage experience, recording knowledge, and computer savvy enables him to use his “gifts” to enhance our amazing worship experiences. Tony was born and raised in southeastern North Carolina. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in music. Tony is married to Regina and they have a daughter, Savana.
Cathy Leftwich
New Generations Ministry Assistant
Cathy officially joined our staff in July of 2005, but has been serving in our student ministry since August of 2000. She assists the entire New Generations ministry staff from preschool through high school. Cathy coordinates events, camps, missions trips, and all weekly activities. She grew up in Panama City, FL and moved to Gladeville during her teens. Cathy graduated from Mt. Juliet High School. She and her husband Mark have two grown children, Kristie and Jake.
Mark Leftwich
Campus Operations / Facilities Supervisor
Mark has been on the Glade Church staff since 2008. He oversees the campus operations and facilities. Mark was raised in Baxter, TN. He graduated from Livingston Tech School and worked as an Auto Mechanic for 24 years before coming to work at the Glade Church. Mark is married to our very own Cathy Leftwich. They have two adult children, Kristie and Jake.
Tony Madden
Family Assistance Coordinator
Tony was born in Nashville and graduated from Smyrna High School. He has 12 years of ministry experience in Green Bay, WI as a church planter/pastor and homeless ministry developer/executive director. Tony had the opportunity to work as a director of a family shelter, create a transitional housing program for single men and women, and develop a temporary emergency drop in shelter. He has received certifications in life skills training and peer counseling through LifeSkills International and Christian Counseling Association of America. Tony is currently completing his BS in Human Services Management at the University of Phoenix. He has been married to his best friend, Nichole, since 1994 and they have a son, Ethan.
Telena Martin
Director of Business & Finance
Telena has been on the Glade Church staff since July 2004. She leads the work of financial administration and business operations in the church. Telena works with appointed committees and congregation members with personal/family financial planning and management. She also serves in the choir. She grew up in Gladeville, graduated from Mt. Juliet High School and attended Nashville Tech. Telena worked at J.C. Bradford & Co. as a mutual fund trader, Registered Sales Associate, and Operations Manager. In 2000, she was appointed Asst. Vice President. After 16 1/2 years in the brokerage business she felt God was calling her to serve here at GBC. Telena is married to Keith and has two daughters, Alecia and Makayla.
Faye Miller
Senior Administrative Assistant
Faye has been on staff at the Glade Church since 1993. She assists Pastor Bruce on a daily basis. She is originally from the Leeville community and graduated from Lebanon High School. Faye also graduated from Draughn’s Business College. She serves on the First Impressions Ministry Team. Faye and her husband Richard have two children: Jennifer and Alan. And they have four grandchildren: Kayce, Kayla, Bryson, and Kaitlynn.
Jared Norris
Director of Preschool & Childrens Ministries
Jared joined the staff in August 2010. His heartbeat in ministry is to work alongside the parents of the Glade Church to help disciple and equip their children. He grew up in Surgoinsville, TN and attended Volunteer High School, Walters State Community College, and Middle Tennessee State University. Jared also has a Masters in Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in churches in Smyrna, TN and Simpsonville, KY. Jared married Katie in October 2006, and they have one son, Carter.
Robert Post
Interim Middle School Minister
Robert has been a member of the Glade Church since 2008. He has served with the New Generations team as an intern since 2010. Robert leads the Middle School ministry. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity Program of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a graduate of Cumberland University where he was a starting pitcher for the Bulldogs for four years. He has been married to Ashley since 2009.
Bridget Scott
Preschool Ministry
Bridget has been on the Glade Church staff since March 2002. She is our Preschool Minister and oversees our preschoolers by planning events and teaching them that Jesus loves them and He will be their friend. Before joining the staff, she served in the preschool ministry teaching Sunday school, helping on Wednesday nights, assisting with the weekday program and VBS. Bridget grew up in Mt. Juliet and graduated at Mt. Juliet High School. She has attended numerous conferences and seminars that pertain to preschoolers to enhance our programs. Bridget and her husband Joe have three children: Laura, Ryan, and Shelby.
Craig Webb
Pastor for Vision & Purpose
Craig is our Pastor for Vision & Purpose and for the Adult Ministries here at the Glade Church. He works with the staff team to lead our church to accomplish its stated vision and purpose. Craig is also one of our preaching pastors. He grew up in Honolulu and moved to Middle Tennessee when he was 11. Craig attended McGavock High School, Samford University (BA), Southern Seminary (MDiv), and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (DMin). He has served as Senior Pastor of churches in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii and Clarksville, Tennessee and was Internet Producer for Pastors at LifeWay Christian Resources from 2003-2008. Craig is still the editor of LifeWay’s Pastor’s Today e-newsletter and the Proclaim Online Preaching Journal. Craig is married to Barbara and has two sons, Aaron and Casey, and a daughter, Gracie. He has been part of the staff since 2006.
Josh Whitman
Campus Operations / Facilities Assistant
Josh has been on the Glade Church staff since 2007. He assists Mark Leftwich. Josh is the son of Jack and Martha Whitman. He grew up in Mt. Juliet and graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2005. He is attending MTSU and will earn his certification as an EMT in 2013.
Mark Wofford
Pastor for Connect Ministries & Guest/Member Services
Mark has served at the Glade Church since 2004. He is from Newbern, TN where he graduated from Dyer County High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Union University in Jackson, TN and his Master of Divinity at Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Mark spent 12 years in Student Ministry at churches in Tennessee and Texas. He then served 5 years as a crisis counselor in inner city Nashville. Mark and his wife, Renee, have been married since 1991. They have two children, Seth and Meghan.
